M&M Meat Shops seventh annual National Family Dinner Night!

It’s that time of year again – time to get together with family and friends to enjoy a great meal.

For everyone who registers their participation in National Family Dinner Night, M&M Meat Shops will make a $1 donation to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada, up to a maximum of $100,000.

It’s that easy – enjoy dinner together all for a great cause.

Why: To sit down to a delicious M&M Meat Shops dinner with family and friends, and support the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada

How: For everyone who registers their participation in National Family Dinner Night, M&M Meat Shops will make a $1 donation to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada, up to a maximum of $100,000. To participate, simply sit down and enjoy dinner with your family on Thursday, September 15th, 2011.

We always sit down and eat dinner as a family.  I miss out on it three nights a week when I am at work but we always sit down, talk about our days, and eat at the table.  Together.  Eating dinner on the couch is only an option for my husband when he is out fishing until late.  He was just tested again for Crohn's disease and so far it looks negative but he has a wheat allergy so we have a glimpse of what its like for those living with Crohn's or Colitis.  Even that glimpse we have is hard.  Being wheat free is hard, the invisible symptoms are hard and its hard on families.  All you need to do is go online and register that you are going to have a family dinner, together, and you can help families with Crohn's or Colitis.  Its really that simple.
