Inspire...Imagine...Invent! My name is Danielle and I am the original Dopey Kid - a nickname my Pop gave me when I was too small to remember, and have loved ever since! My family lives the expression “it takes a village to raise a child” - we’ve lived our lives, been raised and are raising our own kids with that same firm belief as a base. Today, my 9 year old son and I work together to build our company "Dopey Kid Originals", a company dedicated to inspiring creativity, in the hope that we can contribute a positive element to the village in other kids lives.

My strong connection to my community and our planet drive me to seek out responsible ideas. My goal is to provide ecologically and socially responsible ideas that expand your child’s horizons and ensure they continue to be inspired by creative play, every day.

Dopey Kid sent us a large wheely bug, in a bumblebee of course, to review and Brandon is over the moon. He had a bit of an incident with a bee a few weeks ago and was scared of them for a few days but now he loves bees. Its a breeze to roll around on, with four swiveling wheels you can go any which way and because it has a nice soft foam all over it its nice and soft for his little tush.

Made by Prince Lionheart you know that its a brand to be trusted and that it will last a long long time. Its a good thing that the large wheely bug goes to 50 lbs because I think that Brandon is going to love this bug for a few years!
