Cheerios - Giveaway

So because it is Heart month with Cheerios I have a great giveaway for all of you Canadians!  Its only going for one week but here it is, don't waste any time entering this one!

The Cheerios Giveaway kit is valued at approximately $50 and includes: a set of four heart shaped blows, Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, and the brand new family sized Chocolate Cheerios!!

If you are going to introduce whole grains to your family, you can do it gradually by substition. For example, make spanish rice, but substitute 1/3 of the rice for quinoa.
