2) Saving money. I am not going to pay 25-40 bucks on foundation. Period.Our products are ridiculously inexpensive. That¹s also why Carina started this mineral makeup company. Women shouldn't have to pay a premium for looking stunning.

3) Thinking globally in everyday actions. As a woman and mother with a daughter, women’s issues are very important to Carina.

At Everyday Minerals, we believe that women’s issues are the moral battleground of this century. As such, we recently launched our Everyday Forward mission, in which all proceeds from a designated product go to a selected woman’s charity, such as Kiva.org, womenforwomen.org, Care.org, and Globalliving.org. One day every woman in the world will be given the love, dignity, and appreciation they deserve to fulfill their gifts and dreams.

Everyday Minerals is right up my alley! I don't wear makeup everyday anymore but sometimes wish that I spent that extra 5-10 minutes on myself. I feel better when I wear my makeup and just need to take the time to do it more often. When I got my new makeup in the mail I had the perfect reason to take a few more minutes for me in the morning.

Everyday Minerals sent me some great makeup. I got two eye shadows, two blushes and a lip gloss. The lip gloss was a bit strong for my color preference but I usually only wear a gloss and this was more like a lipstick for me. The eyeshadow I tried was awesome. It went on really nice and lasted all day. The only thing I didn't like was the container, I found it hard to get the shadow onto my brush without spilling but it could just be because I don't know how to do it.

The blush was great too. Really nice colors and went on looking really nice and not fake looking at all, just a really nice glow to it. I would definitely recommend this makeup to anyone who is looking for a more natural makeup line who doesn't want to spend a fortune. There prices are great and they have so much to choose from!
