Fiber 1 Chill Challenge


Well its been a month since I posted :(  I can't believe its been that long but I have not been online as much as I used to be since Jan 1st as I have been working on my New Years Resolution :)  I quit smoking!!!  Go me!  I used to take my laptop with me when I would head out for a smoke so I spent a lot more time online before and have been trying to stay busier and off my but to keep from smoking.  So far so good, its been 27 days and I now can consider myself a non smoker!

Dana - that's fantastic! So happy for you, such a hard thing to do. Great job! It's been almost 10 years since I quit and I have to say it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I had to stop talking on the phone for the first month or so because I always loved to puff while I was on the phone.
