Question!

I had the Eden Fantasy's giveaway and it seemed like it went over well and was popular. I wanted to know though if anyone found it offensive? I have two more review/giveaways coming up that are a little more risque I would say. They are for sex toys. I am going to be reviewing them in what I think is a classy way but wanted to touch base with you, my readers, and see what you thought. Is this something you want to hear more about and enter to win or do you think that its inappropriate for a family blog? Will you just skip over it if its not something that interests you or will it make you upset and no longer be a reader of Fun and Funky Mommy? I was thinking that even though this is a family blog parents have sex, its kind of how kids are made :)

Please let me know your thoughts, I really want to hear them. And always if you have any comments, suggestions or questions for me, just ask!

Dana

I did not find it a bit offensive.
It was done in good taste.

There's nothing offensive in your review & I'm sure you'll do a great job on the other 2. As long as things are done with a bit of taste I don't have a problem with it.

I was offered the Eden Fantasies promotion and chose not to accept it because I didn't think it was a good fit for my blog. Not that I haven't used those products but, I didn't feel comfortable putting it on my site. We all need to make our own choices about what feels best to us.

Not a problem for me... I've done similar reviews and people seem to find it interesting. I think because the review is tasteful and comes from someone they know is an honest and down to earth person. I say go for it. People who aren't interested will skip those posts.

I don't find it offensive at all, I know how you feel. I was worried what people were going to think about Eden Fantasys and Mypleasure.com I really do not think it is a big deal, as long as you give warning before hand if there are risque photos ... that way the ones who will be offended know to stay clear!

I like to see reviews of 'adult' geared products by real moms. As long as they are tasteful then I dont see an issue.

It doesn't matter what you do in the bedroom as long as you don't do it in the street and frighten the horses.

I have no problem with reviews like this. They are for items used by real ppl and maybe ppl who have wondered about them but have been a little afraid to ask about them or didn't know where to find information on them.

I am a strong believer in the adage that if something isn't to your liking then just skip over it. It isn't like they have to read the review to get to the next one.

Keep up the good work

I did not find it offensive at all... I am excited that I have two more chances at potentially winning some "adult" entertainment! lol Most of these have companies have products suitable to all tastes; and if someone isn't interested-- they will just skip that particualar giveaway. Keep up the good work!!

I found it refreshing actually. I have never seen a review like that done by a real person for real stuff, so I say keep it up! Thanks for your honesty and openness!
